Malolo is an intimate, rustic resort. It's about a bure near the beach, surrounded by the world's friendliest people with a living and authentic culture. You will be served by the descendants of villagers who have lived there for thousands of years, offering true Fijian hospitality. Perfect for families and couples alike, at Malolo, you can fill your day with a myriad of activities or simply unwind and do nothing at all.
100% owned by a local Fijian family, Malolo is all about reconnecting with family and friends without the distractions of "mod-cons". Just the sounds of the coconut trees swaying and the ocean lapping the shore, under the bluest of skies by day and a blanket of stars by night.
ACCOMMODATION !
Malolo underwent a major refurbishment at the end of 2009 with a specific focus on the accommodation. A bright, stylish new look was introduced through the innovation and creativity of Vanessa Wood Interiors in Queensland, Australia.
Plantation style duplex accommodation, reminiscent of the colonial era, with high vaulted ceilings, provide a feeling of spaciousness and rustic elegance. Our bures are fully air-conditioned and set amongst lush tropical gardens, and some are only a few lazy steps from the beach and waters edge. With a total of 45 bures, Malolo offers four different categories including 28 Ocean View Bures, 12 Deluxe Ocean View Bures, 3 Family Bures and 2 Tadra Beach Bures for couples only. All Oceanview and Deluxe Oceanview Bures have a king bed and two single beds, ideal for a family of four or a couple. The Family Bures can sleep up to 7 people, whilst the Tadra Bures have a king bed and two daybeds.
OCEANVIEW BURE!
With 28 Oceanview Bures each is 33 sq metres (355 sq feet) with 14 sq metre verandahs and have 1 x King size bed and two single beds suitable for up to 4 people. All have air-conditioning, fridge, plunger coffee and tea making facilities, bathrooms, overhead fans and verandahs.
DELUXE OCEANVIEW BURE!
There are 12 Deluxe Oceanview Bures, each 50 sq metres (538 sq feet) with 14 sq metre verandahs and have 1 x King size bed in a separate bedroom and two single beds in the spacious living area suitable for up to 4 people (or 5 if the 5th person is an infant in a cot). All have air-conditioning, fridge, plunger coffee and tea making facilities, bathrooms, overhead fans and verandahs.
TADRA BURE!
"Tadra" means "dream" in Fijian.
There are only two of these brand new, special bures, located at the very end and most private part of the Malolo beach right on the ocean's edge. Suitable for couples/adults only, whether celebrating a wedding or honeymoon or just wanting that extra special level of accommodation and location.
These bures are over 50 sqm (538 sqft) in size with spacious verandahs and have 1 x King sized four-poster bed with sheers, and two day beds in the spacious living area. Both have air-conditioning, overhead fans, fridge, plunger coffee and tea making facilities, bathroom and include a complimentary bottle of Australian sparkling wine and tropical fruit platter on arrival
FAMILY BURE!
There are three family bures at Malolo which can sleep up to 7 people. One is 100sqm (1076sqft) with a 20sqm (215sqft) verandah. It comprises 2 bedrooms, each with a King sized bed, one ensuite and one main bathroom, and 3 single beds located in the spacious living area.
The other two bures are 92sqm (990sqft) in size comprising 2 bedrooms - each with a King sized bed and an ensuite, and 3 single beds, plus a spacious 18.75sqm verandah (202sqft). All bures are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, fridge, and plunger coffee and tea making facilities.
ACTIVITIES !
Tokoriki Resort has a variety of complimentary activities to suit any guest including: flood lit all weather, tennis court with equipment provided, croquet, table tennis, pentaque, kayaking, windsurfing, hand line fishing, coral viewing, fish feeding, snorkeling, bush/mountain walking, badminton, volleyball and Church service. There is also a fresh water swimming pool. Other activities provided for a fee include scuba diving, game fishing, sport fishing, reef trawling, banana boat rides. Day trips available: a picnic on Honeymoon Island, Island hopping - visit 4 other Mamanuca Islands and village visit. Upon inquiry, Tropical Tours & Travel Fiji will provide details and costs for above activities. Tokoriki Resort has a Padi 5 star dive center offering professional Padi guidance and instruction available for Dive Courses booked in advance. The resort offers a full range of Padi courses, quality US Sherwood dive equipment for hire, fast boats with all safety equipment and all the dive gear is set up, carried, cleaned and stored for guests. The dive courses are set up for small groups (maximum 4 people); tailor-made course structure to fit in with guests; friendly, personal and professional dive team with sheltered dive sites perfect for the beginner. Facilities at the resort include a fresh water swimming pool, where complimentary afternoon tea is available daily, lagoon beach, boutique.

Conditions & Cancellations !
The rates are quoted in Fijian Dollars and are inclusive of VAT tax & Hotel Turnover Tax.
Rate also includes: welcome drink, Tokoriki coconut bead leis and warm Fijian welcome on arrival plus daily afternoon tea and complimentary activities.
The resort is accessible by a 15 minute helicopter ride from Nadi International Airport or Denarau Island; 15 minute seaplane ride from the Nadi base or Denarau Marina;
1 ½ hour boat ride from Denarau Marina to Mana Island to connect with a 25 minute boat trip to the resort.
