Tiliva Resort is Fijian owned. The proprietor having spent many years in Europe returned home to establish the resort in order to help his village – the village of Tiliva.
This remote eco resort is set in 18 acres of lush tropical gardens with its own secluded beachfront having magnificent views across the bay to the island of Ono. It is ten minutes away from the Astrolabe Reef and Waisomo Reserve, where diving in Kadavu is at its best..
ACCOMMODATIONS !
The guest accommodation is self-contained bures (chalets) set among the trees for privacy but being just yards from the resort's sandy beach. All the bures have full en suite facilities, ceiling fans, private verandas and 24 hour electricity..
DINNING !
Dining is in the restaurant or on the veranda of the main house. Guests can enjoy the freshly picked tropical fruit and native vegetables organically grown in our kitchen garden and from the gardens in the village. This coupled with fresh fish and local delicacies we offer the best of western and Fijian cuisine.
Guests can also help or watch their meals being cooked in the traditional lovo. There is a well stocked bar with cold beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. All meals are included in the cost of the stay.

Diving
Tiliva Resort is about ten minutes from the famous Astrolabe Reef, the world's third largest reef. Below are some of the names of the dive sites offering hard and soft corals, drift dives, rays and turtles just waiting to be explored.
Naiqoro Passage, Vessi Passage, Purple Wall and Split Rock to name but a few! Waisomo Reserve (the only reserve on Kadavu) is just across the bay from Tiliva Resort. The diving on Kadavu is suitable for all from the advanced to the novice.
Why not learn to dive and take a PADI Open Water Course or a one day PADI Discover Scuba whilst at the resort
Snorkeling
Enjoy snorkelling on the house reef, or snorkel on the Astrolabe Reef to see the corals and an abundance of small fish. Take a pic-nic and make a day of it!
Kayaking
Take one of the kayaks to explore the coastline. Kayak to Kavala Bay or up the coastline, stop along the way on one of the deserted beaches – look out for the best places to snorkel and enjoy the crystal clear waters.
For the experienced kayaker, why not kayak to the island of Ono. Take a picnic lunch, kayak around Ono, enjoy the isolated beaches and pristine water. Return to Tiliva Resort or stay the night at another resort on Ono returning to Tiliva the following day.

Booking & Child Policy !
Check in & check-out times coincide with flights into Kadavu from Nadi and Suva. Children over 6 years of age are welcome at the resort.
