The resort will arrange for the marriage license, a Marriage celebrant or Minister of the appropriate denomination, and the staging of the ceremony. Flowers, photographer, choir, wedding cake whatever is required, will be arranged in Westin style.
2011 RENOVATIONS !
The resort is undergoing refurbishment in three phases estimated at 1.3 million dollars. Work on the first 25 guestrooms will commence from March 28 and estimated to be completed by April 28 2011. The second phase comprising of 33 guestrooms will take place between April 28 - June 7, 2011. The final phase will be from October 17 - 28 November 2011 and will comprise of 36 guestrooms. A total of 94 guestrooms across all room categories from garden view to ocean front will feature refreshing new look encompassing all aspects of the room including the main guestroom, bathroom and the patio/balcony area. The new refurbished guestrooms will continue to capture the Pacific essence and style that the resort is known for. This project is the beginning of a F5 million refurbishment for all 273 guestrooms and suites expected to be completed by 2013. The resort will endeavor not to inconvenience guests who will be staying at the resort.

Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival during the following school holidays (01 - 11 April; 03 - 18 July; 25 September - 10 October 2010 and 26 December 2010 - 14 January 2011 will incur a penalty per room per night for the number of rooms booked.
Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled arrival and all no shows will be charged for the full stay.
Guests that no-show and check in after their scheduled arrival date will be charged accommodation for all nights the room was booked but not occupied.
